Okay sharing a little information first off this is not a paid for promo this is a straight-up real recommendation I definitely see a difference using this soy sauce after doing research on soy sauce I found that most store-bought soy sauce has been pasteurized and had lots of salt added to it meaning it lost most of the benefits of using it over salt. I like to have a low sodium household and after further research I found that if you buy real traditional Japanese soy sauce it is healthy.
