? ice tray sushi is the best. This is my breakfast from the other day I used some freshly steamed rice and smoked salmon and it was yummy some bananas and berries on the side. Simply line your ice tray with Saran Wrap then put in your toppings I chose sesame seeds then smoked salmon then scallions cuz I like onion and then a small very small amount of cream cheese and after that you push all the you push rice into each ice tray hole and press them in with a light firm hand like you would make a rice ball you don't want to smush it you just want it to be packed together so it doesn't fall apart. It's a good tip to use a second piece of Saran wrap on top when you're pressing or wrap your utensils are your hands with Saran Wrap cuz Saran Wrap does not stick to Rice that is an amazing thing.
